Tourist Park Redevelopment

Australian Tourist Park Management (ATPM), provide a wide range of services to the caravan and tourist park industry. Over time we have developed expertise in all areas of tourist park management, to become a "one stop shop" for all your needs.

ATPM has carried out extensive capital works programs on our own parks, with several million dollars more to be spent on park redevelopment over the next 2-3 years. ATPM has also coordinated the complete redevelopment of tourist parks for the Byron Shire and Gold Coast City Council, as well as a multi-million dollar redevelopment of the Glenhaven Van Village now known as the Batemans Bay Beach Resort.

Together with our partners ATPM can provide you with a full range of development services including concept plans, master plan, detailed design, specifications and engineering work.
