Caravan Park Manager Training & Services
Australian Tourist Park Management (ATPM), provide a wide range of services
to the caravan and tourist park industry. Over time we have developed
expertise in all areas of tourist park management, to become a
"one stop shop" for all your needs. Our services include:
Full Contract Management
Currently ATPM leases and manages 23 tourist parks throughout
QLD, VIC and NSW. Not only can we provide you with a top
quality management team, we also offer the support framework of our head office as
part of the overall management package.
Management Training
ATPM can provide your staff/management with training in the use of RMS, the tourist
park industry's premier reservation software package. We can also point you in the
right direction to obtaining government accredited training in tourist park management.
Tourist Park and Cabin Design and Redevelopment
ATPM has coordinated the complete redevelopment of tourist parks for the
Byron Shire and Gold Coast City Council, as well as the current multi-million dollar
redevelopment of the Glenhaven Van Village now known as the Batemans Bay Beach Resort.
for the Eurobodalla Shire Council. Together with our partners we can provide you with a
full range of services including architectural design and engineering work.
Preparation of Management Contracts
We have developed our management contracts over the past 12 years to suit the special
needs and obligations of the tourist park industry. We can create a tailor-made
management contract to suit your specific needs.
Preparation of Policy Manuals
ATPM has developed policy manuals covering a wide range of topics for numerous
clients. These topics include marketing, pricing, WH&S, and general tourist park
operations.
Preparation of Management Plans
ATPM has provided a number of clients with management plans helping to map out the
future direction of their parks. These plans include information like caravan park industry
statistics, stakeholder surveys, as well as proposed marketing and development plans.
Website and Graphic Design
ATPM has recently moved into the area of Website and Graphic Design. You can see
a list of the websites our in-house graphic designer has created for our clients in the
links section of the site. As well as websites we can also design logos, signage,
advertisements, cd business cards, brochures and other promotional material.
IT Support
ATPM can also provide your organisation with specialist IT support for the tourist park
industry. We can fix your computer problems with RMS, Windows, Office or email/
internet software. We can also suggest what sort of computer hardware your park needs
and provide a competitive quote on supply and installation of this equipment.
Wireless Internet Installations
ATPM can install Wireless Internet solutions for Basic or Full Park coverage.
This Wireless Internet access can be managed by the Park to supply Free or Paid internet. |
